Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
What happens if I go over my plan's invoice limit?+
We'll nudge you when you hit 80% of your monthly cap (5 for Starter, 30 for Pro; Premium is unlimited). Past invoices stay fully accessible. New ones pause until the next month rolls over or you upgrade.
Is AI drafting unlimited?+
There's a generous monthly limit, set well above normal use — Starter 40 drafts, Pro 200, Premium unlimited (the 7-day trial includes 20). We'll nudge you before you reach it. It's there to keep the AI sustainable, not to ration it — most people never come close.
What's included?+
Everything across Starter and Pro is live: 14 templates, paste-an-email & upload-a-PDF AI drafting, branded send, inline payment on every invoice (cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BNPL), estimates with one-click acceptance, recurring invoices, automated +7/+14/+30 reminders, view tracking, deposits, and a revenue dashboard. Two Premium extras — team accounts and white-label invoices — are on the way, marked 'soon' in the plan list.
Do you take a percentage of my invoice payments?+
No. Standard payment-processor fees apply on each transaction. Klerica doesn't take a cut on top — your full-margin pricing stays your full-margin pricing.
What's the trial?+
Seven days of full access, no card — build all the invoices you like and send your first 2 free, with every feature unlocked to try. Once you've used those 2 sends (or the 7 days run out), subscribe to keep sending. We'll email you before the trial ends; either way your past invoices stay viewable, and subscribing reopens everything.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings, no email-the-team friction. After cancelling, your account becomes read-only. Your past invoices stay accessible to view and print.
